Stretches after a long flight to shake out the trip
When you land, your legs, hips and back have been still for hours. This standing routine is short enough to do at the gate, curbside or in the hotel hallway, and it keeps the movements easy and low-key.
Start with a free 5-minute stretchFree first, no account needed. Then After a Flight (5 min, guided by voice) and every routine with a 7-day free trial: card required, nothing charged before day 8.
Good for
- Right after landing, at the gate or at baggage claim
- Arriving at a hotel or a rental
- Long train and bus rides
- Red-eye mornings when everything feels stiff
Why a few slow minutes can help
After long travel, getting your legs, hips and trunk moving a little is a simple way to feel more like yourself. Marching, twisting and gentle calf stretches are easy, familiar movements.
If you have a few more minutes and a floor in your room, the longer hotel routine adds a slow floor sequence that finishes with easy breathing.

- Wall, Standing
Supported march
Lift one knee to a comfortable height, lower it, then lift the other.
Easier: Lift your heels only, keeping your toes on the floor, or march while seated.
Wall calf stretch
Point both feet ahead. Keep the back heel down and back knee straight but not locked.
Easier: Shorten your stance and lean less.
Standing torso turns
Turn your upper body gently to one side, then the other, letting your arms swing along.
Easier: Turn only a little each way, with your hands resting on your belly.
Standing hip circles
Slowly draw a circle with your hips, as if tracing the inside of a bowl.
Easier: Make the circles smaller, or hold a counter for balance.
Standing side bend
Reach your left arm up and lean gently to the right side.
Easier: Keep your left hand on your hip and lean only a little.

What does ReliefFlow cost?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you pay nothing if you cancel before day 8. After that it is $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and you can cancel any time from Manage billing.
Is it safe if something already hurts?
ReliefFlow is general wellness guidance, not medical advice. If you have had blood clots or circulation problems, follow your clinician's advice for travel, and stop and get help for sudden leg swelling, chest pain or trouble breathing. Stop if anything hurts, and talk to a health professional about pain that is sharp, radiating, new or does not ease.
