Include a short description and, if you have an account, its email address. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or medical records. Your email app opens a draft; you choose when to send it.

Manage your data

In You → Your data, you can export or delete your practice records. Delete account, in the same place, deletes your sign-in account and its records and cancels a membership bought on this website; cancel an App Store or Google Play membership in your store subscriptions. Contact support for help with any of these.

Billing help

Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before day 8 and you are not charged. Manage billing opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel at any time. Deleting practice data does not cancel a subscription. You can email support about a billing issue or refund request.
