What using ReliefFlow means.
ReliefFlow is a preview release of a movement, yoga, and mat Pilates guide. These terms describe what the app does and does not promise while it is in preview.
Not medical advice
ReliefFlow's routines and classes support general wellbeing and are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for a qualified clinician or movement instructor. If you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, unwell, or managing a relevant health condition, get individual guidance on suitable movements before starting. Stop if a movement causes pain, dizziness, or feeling unwell.
Your account
Practicing requires a ReliefFlow account and a membership. Your account carries your plan, streak and journal to every device you sign in on — see Privacy & data for what that involves.
Membership and free trial
ReliefFlow has no free tier. A membership costs $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year before applicable tax and renews automatically until canceled. Your first membership starts with a 7-day free trial on either plan. A card is required to start the trial; you are not charged during it, and the plan price is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then. A trial is offered once per customer; a returning customer is charged when the membership starts. The final amount and renewal terms appear in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. You can cancel through Manage billing in the app; access continues through the trial or paid period. Without an active membership or trial, practice is not available, but you can still export or delete your practice data.
In the ReliefFlow iPhone and Android apps, the same plans and free trial are sold as App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Trial eligibility and refunds for those purchases follow the store's rules. A membership bought on any of these works on the web and in the apps when you sign in with the same ReliefFlow account.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for practicing within your own physical limits and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Stiffness ratings are your own subjective self-reports, not a measurement or assessment of your body.
Changes
This is a preview and both the app and these terms may change before a public release. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version.
