Is there a free tier?
No. Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial, and everything in ReliefFlow is included from the first day.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. A card is required to start the trial. You are not charged during it.
When am I charged?
On day 8, unless you cancel before then. The plan price ($5.99 or $49.99, before tax) is charged then and renews monthly or yearly until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Manage billing in the app. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing; after that, access continues through the period you already paid for.
Can I get a second trial?
A trial is offered once per customer. A returning customer is charged when the membership starts.
Can I still export or delete my data without a membership?
